You proceed with developing a self indulgent complex of apartments, cinemas, multi level underground parking, “boutique” retail spaces; completely dominating the surrounding area while bringing 1000+ more fuck heads and their audi’s and 4×4’s and rat dogs into what was once, and at times can still be, a fuckin cool neighbourhood, BULLFUCKINSHIT!!!!!!!!!!
