Now lead your own caste people.I think, then, the leaders will be accountable to their own caste people. They cant escape.Lets welcome quota based on population ratio. When quota based on p.r comes into being, there wontbe room for complaints from any quarters, including the now-quota-less people.When the whole population gets covered under quota, there wont be any question of merits.
